1. Return Eligibility
Timeframe: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (including any shrink wrap). All labels and tags must be intact. Items that are damaged, written on, assembled, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used toner, ink cartridges, and stamps.
Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., folders with printed logos).
Downloadable software products.
Clearance or final sale items, as marked on the product page.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@trendy-nest.net within the 30-day window. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Get Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) and mail them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
4. Refunds
Inspection: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s).
Approval & Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing time.
Partial Refunds: Items not returned in their original condition, or missing parts, may receive a partial refund.
5. Exchanges
We gladly replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us at support@trendy-nest.net with your order number and photos of the product’s condition. If the same item is in stock, we will ship a replacement as soon as we receive the returned product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@trendy-nest.net. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if necessary.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time to post.
